Ladies and Gentlemen of the Technet (and you too Steve... :-)

I need you to put me to the test...., he said, opening himself up to he knows
not what...

Imagine, if you would, that someone had the temerity to announce the arrival
of the worlds greatest innerlayer oxide....it did everything, created only
purest water as an effluent, and was free...
Well, maybe not quite that good...

What tests would you ask this vendor to pass before accepting it on your most
hallowed of boards?  (Besides the obvious minimum vendor sanity
requirements....)

My pencil is poised.....solder pot heating, and I am scared...
