Tried to access Steve's website and ran into trouble--could you directly send
me your pics.
If the problem is not delam, blistering, pink ring, or haloing; thenwhat is
the problem? Without a "definitive answer" how do you know that "the PCB
meets all of the requirements and there has been no notable reduction in
reliability"?
There are an aweful lot of assumptions here.
