Is there such a thing as acceptable scrap rate of 0402, 0603, and 1206's?
If so what are they? Does the rate increase with the smaller components?

We are using Fuji’s CP4-2 placement machines. We bought them used and are
unsure of their past. We seem to have more problems with the 0603’s then
we did on the 1206’s. Does anybody have any ideas on what kind of scrap
rate that we should expect to see?
