On http://www.smtinfo.net/download.html you'll find a link to QMSPC, a good, free SPC program. The software is especially usefull if you don't have the need to perform your analyses on-line.

Hello,
Does anyone know of a good SPC analysis software that
for electronics manuf. industry? I like to do
statistical analysis on the measurements I collected
from our SMT processes.
