For the so-called Augat "Holtite", either .041 +/-.002 or 058 +/-.002,
per:

However, be sure to consult the assembler for verification of this hole
size. In my experience, more than one assembler chose to permutate the
parameters for optimal use of the so-called "shake fixture" onto which
your board will be laid, and into which said "Holtites" may be gang
shaken.  I was told to use .041 +000/-.002 by one of these folks.  Good
