Hello Guys,
I would like to know  any informations regarding Solder ball
on BGA oxidation. Our BGAs were heavily oxidized (Solder balls).
Anybody knows how to remove the oxides and prevent it from re-occurring
again? The solder ball we used is 95/5 PbSn alloy.
