I am using a Speedline Aquastorm 200 inline aqueous cleaner, and
would like to utilize this for removing RMA flux from my boards. I need
help determining what aqueous cleaner to use for this new process.
Please let me know what has worked for you, and possibly a contact name.

Ray,
Here at Rockwell Collins, we use Kyzen Aquanox SSA in about a 27% solution.
The SSA was originally developed for rosin fluxes, but it seems to work
well on our low solids residues as well. In our batch cleaners, we run
Kyzen Ionox FCR, which works well. Both are based on an aggressive alcohol
material.

In a previous life, I did a lot of work with Envirogold 816 saponifier and
found it to work very well.

Give me a call if you want to discuss more.
