Doug,
The conductive epoxy is placed directly on gold plated pads that are
surrounded by the legend ink which is epoxy based. It(the legend ink)
does not have a published service temperature however its "Final Cure"
is at 150c for 60 minutes.

It could be outgassing. Are you saying that you apply the epoxy over
the
surface of the white legend ink? If so, is the ink fully cured before
you
apply the epoxy and is the legend ink rated to withstand the epoxy cure
temps? Is the white legend ink epoxy based?
