Werner, as a follow up. JEDEC has a published spec that we have found that
states an 8 mil warp spec (7.87 mil)... in fact it used to be 6 mil. The
spec can be downloaded at www.jedec.org/download/pub95/MO-151.pdf
Does anyone have any ideas of how to process a PBGA that exhibits 8 mil of
warp??
Bill....
