Hello Peter, try this web site for rubber boots:
http://www.kinnarney.com/
I think that the amount of bottom side parts to be mask, will determine
if a rubber boot will work, or a solder fixture may be a better option.
If you are using a stand alone solder fountain, fixtures can be tricky
to position over the fountain! If you have any questions about the
fixture end of things, contact me off line.

Subject: [TN] Mask for selective soldering

Hello,

Does anyone know of any masking boot one could put on
a board to sustain selective wave soldering? If so,
what styles and sizes are available?

The boards are being soldered on a wave dipping
machine and the adjacent components were masked with
kapton tape to prevent the heat and molten solder
during the process.

Rgds,
Peter
