Barry,

This data will be in laminate manufacturers data sheets and can vary
much from one manufacturer to another. If you are wishing a precise and
constant electrical capacity, forget it. The dielectric constant can
vary much according to the manufacturer, the batch, the absorbed
humidity and the temperature. Epoxy resins do not make good capacitors
(have you heard of an epoxy capacitor as a component?) and the power
factor is very poor, to boot.
