An easy way to compare two ASCII files is with a software package called
Araxis Merge.  I use it to compare pick-and-place program files to see
the differences between revisions.

I don't know of any comparator but since you are using OrCad you can
generate net list from
schematic in ASCII format and the same format from Layout and since is
in
ASCII it should be easier to compare than
the usual binary format. I hope that helps you.

Does anyone out there have a net list comparator tool available?
I need a way to compare schematic to schematic and schematic to board
netlists. Something that will create a report.
I am using OrCAD Capture and Layout and the tools are really lacking in
