Hello people of TechNet,

What is the minimum nickel and gold thickness in the bottom of micro-vias.
IPC 6012 doesn't seem to be very specific on that point.

On the surface, a minimum of 50 microinch seems sufficient, but how does
this garantee corrosion protection in the barrel of the blind vias?
