Hi Eric,

As Graham mentioned, the preheaters in the wave solder could heat the
component more than you want.  (the subcontractor certainly hopes not)  If
that's the case, just about any of the CEM's you would subcontract to would
just hand solder the component.  Many fiber optic components are handled
this way.
