All,
I was asked a question today for which I know not where to find the answer,
so I naturally am turning to this knowledgeable and useful group. The
question was, for a 5 mil laser drilled microvia which is then plated to
specification, what is the current capacity rating for Class II or Class IIG
product? Any answers or information as to where an answer may be found would
be appreciated.
Thanks,
