A few things that you ABSOLUTELY need:

- a STRONG commitment from management,

- a budget... It does take some money to build this thing,

- time, it can be a long process and you need to commit to your goals

- a process layout... Map your process (no long description needed at the
beginning). This includes administrative/engineering processes.

- Are you doing just ISO 9000:00(Quality) or are you simultaneously doing
ISO 14000(Environment) and 18000(Health and Safety)?
(It will be cheaper in the long run to do all 3 at once if possible and
desired)

Just a few thoughts,

Subject: [TN] Process Qualification

Good morning T-Netters.
I have been tasked to put together a Process Qualification Plan and would be
Extremely Grateful
for some input from those in the trenches that might have had to do the same
for ISO Certification.
I really don't know how to begin or where to start and what goes into this.

Thank you in advance for all of your help Tech Net....
