There should be no need to clean the assemblies after fluxing with the NR200, if the soldering process is under control and validated.
Both Alpha and Kester have provided me with great technical support. My suggestion would be to contact the manufactures of the fluxes.

If the subcontractor ( your company ) is cleaning the assembly after
soldering you will not be mixing flux. There should be no NR200 left on
the boards.

Does anyone know of any data concerning mixing fluxes, specifically
Kester
965 and Alpha NR200. Our
situation is that we use Kester 965 in our wave solder and rework
process.
We have some boards
being built by a subcontractor using Alpha NR200. Can we rework these
boards safely with Kester 965 flux?
