Hi Peter! I have no doubt that you can set up a labeling/color/number
identification system which can be used to keep the OA's separate from the
No-cleans but I think you need to complete a risk assessment. What is the
potential risk to product, schedule or customer relations if an OA material
would be accidentally used as a No-clean? And if there are some high
potential risks then what measures do you need to put in place to avoid
having a switch. Having some intense operator training on the differences
between OA and No-clean's and the problems with material switches would be
valuable too. Good Luck.

Subject: [TN] Chemistries on production floor

Hello,

Our company will soon be introducing No-clean chemistries into our
production on certain customers. I like to know what practices are being
applied to ensure correct handling and distinguish of OA/ No-clean
chemistries on the production floor. Any advice on process control is
appreciated.

Does anyone have any issue with having more than one chemistries on the
floor? E.g. identification of in-process units built with different
chemistries.

Rgds,
Peter
