We use mostly OA flux for all applications, but some hardware requires RMA.
We have color-coated flux dispensers and bobbins for wire solder, and our
solder wick has no flux at all. This seems to work well.

Subject: [TN] Chemistries on production floor

        Hello,

Our company will soon be introducing No-clean chemistries into our
production on certain customers. I like to know what practices are
being
applied to ensure correct handling and distinguish of OA/ No-clean
chemistries on the production floor. Any advice on process control
is
        appreciated.

Does anyone have any issue with having more than one chemistries on
the
floor? E.g. identification of in-process units built with different
        chemistries.

        Rgds,
        Peter
