Number of jumper wires is in the eye of the beholder. That is, whatever the customer is willing to accept is the bottom line.

  Hello,

Can anyone tell me if there is any specification pertaining to the maximum
number of wires that can be added for rework on a PCB? Any information
  would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks

  Christopher Lampron
