After the conformal coating is applied, use IPC-2221 or IPC/EIA J-STD-001
criteria for accept/reject.  Type UR is mostly used by military.  It is hard
to remove in rework situations.  Type AR is easier to apply and remove.
Type XY paraxylene is vacuum deposited and only warranted where you need to
get the coating to cover hard to get at areas, and for bettedr moisture
seal.
