Even in a diminished capacity, having done due diligence to load and
tweak the latest 5.52 Matrox drivers, and having done due diligence also
with the tool suppliers who admitted they had not hardcoded for true
DualHead in Windows 2000, I concur that it's a great way to work.

Tom,
I feel better I was not the only one having the same problems with the
Matrox Dual Head. The other design group in Maryland where not
experiencing these problems, (I believe they were running an older
version though) but once I loaded the latest drivers it was usable, but
still not perfect ( I did still experience loosing settings for no
reason and have to redo them) and yes I experienced the same quirkyness
of the settings, you really had to be carefull of what combinations you
set. Nonetheless a great way to work, having 2 monitors was great. Even
with the latest drivers Robert M. Wolfe, C.I.D. At Large.
