Expert on manufacturing, the need for or using? What is your application? I
always (luckily) ended up on using paste-in-hole or hand solder because
preforms are hard to use in high-qty, mass production and preform providers
are sometimes difficult to get samples from to experiment with. Indium was
nice about getting me some samples in a timely manner.
