This was spoken by a Canadian radio personality (Gorden Sinclair) just as
the Vietnam War was ending (1973). It was recorded and sold in Canada
and the US. President Reagan reportedly had a copy.
Gorden Sinclair passed away on May 17, 1984 of a heart attack.
