Jean-François,

At 50% RH, make a ruling that you will permit no smocks on condition
that the workers wear only cotton clothing (including underclothing) --
or nothing at all, of course :-). Cotton is sufficiently hygroscopic to
present no risk, especially at high temperatures. In addition, it offers
the workers the best comfort under such conditions.
