TechNetters, our technicians in the manufacturing area have been struggling
to keep bottles of process chemicals labeled.  The bottles themselves are
static-safe, I understand.  The sales manager of the bottle company has
advised us that our labels need to be "conductive", and that the ink itself
will hold a charge if it is not "antistatic".

**In a word - Hogwash.  Pure, unadulterated hogwash.
