Subject: [TN] BGA DFM Guidelines?
Hi,
I've been asked to put together a short design for manufacturing paper for
BGAs to present to our customers. I know that most of the IC makers have
BGA design guidelines, but I'm wondering if there are other sources
available as well that might have usefull information. Anybody have any
recommendations, suggestions, etc. for this type of information?
Thanks in advance,
Rick Thompson
