A couple reasons why two groups is a very bad idea:

1. Some do not recognize any dividing line betwee lead-free solder technical
and economic issues.

2. Some do not believe that lead-free solder is a foregone outcome, anywhere
in the world, including Europe and Japan.

This thinking impels some people to act as good citizens by questioning
whether this emperor has any clothes.
