Hi everyone

My company, Mini Circuits, is an RF and microwave component manufacturer.
We're planning to start implementation of Lead-free solder.
I have a couple of questions and I'd appreciate it if someone on the list
could answer me.

       1. What solder alloy composition do you use for lead-free soldering?
Please identify manufacturer, part # and flux composition if possible.

       2. What reflow temperature profile do you plan to use?

       3. What method do you use for testing solderability of components you
purchase for reflow soldering onto your printed circuit boards?

       4. What materials and finishes do your PCBs have?

       5. Who are the acceptable suppliers for components compatible with
lead-free solder?

       6. Does anyone know of deadlines set by Japanese or European
customers for lead-free implementation?
