How does the Japanese recycling law, as you have described it, handle
lead-acid batteries-- over 90% recycled in the U.S.  Is recycling lead in
batteries penalized also.  And lead for shielding CRTs, is that also
penalized?

Also, you have stated that 20 million boards were wave soldered with a Sn0.7%
Cu alloy.  Please describe the boards.  What kind of components, how large
were the ICs, what laminate, what dimensions were the board and panels?  What
was he reliablity experience with the assembled product?  What was the
application?
