I came across some components which are stated as
"non-solvent proof" and are not recommended when
"halogenated cleaning solvents" are used.

Does it mean only deionized water should be used in
the inline cleaning process?

*No, you can use DI only, DI and detergent, DI and a saponifier.  Just keep
away from solvents with the words chlorine, chloro, bromine, bromo.
Examples:  1,1,1 trichloroethane, n-propyl bromide.

My other question is for the 2nd chemistry we use: Is
Kyzen Aquanox considered halogenated?

*No.  The SSA is not a halogenated material.  We use a ton of it here and
like it very much.
