Hmmm! Semantics! If the pad lift is due to poor PCB Fabrication process and
not physical damage, I would call it re-work. If it's been a good board
that was subsequently damaged I woudl call it repair.

Question: Let's say I have a pad that is slightly lifted and I'm able to
push it down. Is this considered Rework or Repair?
Thanks,
Rick Howieson
