Looking for help in identifying a component on a board for an ultrasonic
cleaner.  I don't have a copy of the schematic for AMERICAN ELECTRIC HEATER
CO ultrasonic cleaner Model S/50, so I don't know exactly what the device
is.  It appears to be a power transister in a TO-204 metal can style.  The
top is marked: "466  458-055  7610" and the round edge of the caseing also
has a marking of "QV 38 B".   Any leads as far as what this is or who the
manufacturer of the device may be?  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank
you.
