We have stiff trays with THICK wedges of antistatic foam on the sides
(accommodates varying board widths) the inspectors use to move the board
around on their benchtop. Once placed on this tray/foam concoction, they
can slide the board around easily without having to lift it numerous times.
If they have to turn the board over, they move it out from under the scope
or halo, flip it over, push it back under whatever inspection aid they're
using and keep going.

We provide a variety of mirrors for the inspectors, but they do also inspect
"off side" the bench when necessary. But at least when they get to this
point, they are not already fatigued.
