Hi Mary

Just make sure that the two footprints have their origin in the center and
that they are exactly on top of each other and you should not have any
problems. I have add to do this before.

Subject: [DC] surface mount pads

I am designing a surface mount board and we want to be able to place a 1/4
watt(1210) or a 1/2 watt(2010) part on the same pads, so I am placing both
pads on the board (one over the other). I am wondering if there will be any
problems when we place them with the machine.
Any information would be appreciated on this.
Thanks,
Mary Knouse
