And then there is the CAF shorting phenomenon.  Dr. Laura Turbini has found
that elevating board reflow temperatures above 223 icreases CAF.

I really believe that that the lead-free forces will come to understand the
nature of the nightmare that they are forcing on the industry.  But it is up
to us to explain.
