Sr. Electro-Mechanical CAD Designer
Responsible for supporting hardware development of MND multimedia
(data/voice/video) networking products from project inception through
production release.  Maintain component library.  Create logic symbols to
existing specifications.
5+ yrs. design/layout exp. of PCB's, including history, with:  Analog
designs, high-speed digital designs, multi-layered PCBs, Slit Power/Ground
Plans, Fine pitch BGA and BGA devices, and Micro and blind/buried via
technology.  Working understanding of layout rules/guidelines.  Knowledge of
CAD libraries, including component geometry and symbols.  Ability to
transfer designs to PCB vending houses, and resolve layout issues with
fabricators.  Basic understanding of UNIX
Exp. with Mentor Graphics design Manager and Proto Layout is a strong plus.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication processes is a plus.  IEEE certification is a
plus.
