Hello,
I'm kind of new subsciber and haven't had seen the topic earlier. However,
I hope that the problem med MELF diodes had been solved untill now.
I have had the same problem with few batches and have checked with the
supplier if thay had any Q-problems. Thay said that thay haven't and that
nothing has been changed in production process.
I controlled the physical dimensions and have find out that the diodes
contacts at are not circullar as descibed in datasheet and were deviating
from tollerance values too. Thay were elliptical and not simetric to
eachother.
After I have pointed that to supplier, I'v got replacement for the material
and havent had problems since then.
But, as I said, I hope that you have solved the problem earlier. :)
