Hi, Rick,
In the various companies I've worked for, where we built military avionics,
we never actually stamped the boards. By the time they got to final QC,
they were conformally coated anyway and there was generally no free space
to put a stamp.
Our QC guys stamped off all the paperwork instead. All our boards are
individually serial numbered and 100% inspected, and there is a complete
cradle to grave documented history of each one.

Hello All,
Is it common practice to QC and Date stamp a PWA after final inspection?
What are you folks out there doing for traceability in the CEM world?
