What are the problems? As a rule, wave soldering machines and reflow
ovens have more than adequate exhaust ventilation. What is so special
about your machines? What kinds of fluxes/pastes do you use? Have you
consulted the manufacturers or read their MSDSs? Have you made Dräger
tube tests (or other ones) for possible toxins? What other chemicals are
used in the same building and, particularly, close to the soldering
equipment? Do you have neighbouring plants emitting chemicals? You say
"recently": what happened in the past that has changed?

Only a logical and systematic analysis of the situation can reveal an
answer.
