Nnot on the floor everyday any more and  can' t seem to find it in this
information, so thought someone may help me.

What it the standard formulations for sodiium peroxide or ammoniun peroxide
microetch and the sulfuric/hydrogen peroxide microetch as is used in the
electroless line or for preimage cleaning.  Also is the temperature elevated
or at ambient temperture.
