Our last facility had a storage room with an unsealed concrete floor. It
always passed our conductivity tests so we left it as it was. In our
current facility, a small shipping area is the same way. I can measure
conductivity from this floor to the ESD flooring in our shop area and get an
acceptable reading per ESD/EOS recommendations.
You'll need to check you floor to be sure, but you may have a good chance of
not needing to do anything additional to the floor. Of course, this assumes
you keep it clean and don't allow it to be waxed <g>.

Subject: [TN] ESD & Unsealed Concrete
Hi All,
If you have a concrete floor, and are wearing your foot straps, is this
considered to be static safe?
Thank You
