Steady, as far as my discussions were concerned there was genuine belief in
reducing toxic waste in landfills, because lead was considered (along with
many other metals) to be a key toxic materiral for the eectronics industry
to deal with, there was a response towards lead-free for electronics based
purely on financial considerations. There wasn't any emotion in the
decision, purely business.
