Subject: [DC] Maintenance fee
Good morning all,
A quick question concerning maintenance fee. The software I'm using
charges 15% of the cost of the software purchased. I received the quote
for this year and was surprised to see a slight increase in the maintenance
fee. When I called the sales rep he informed me that the 15% is based on
the CURRENT price of the software, not the price I played last year.
Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but it just seems another ploy to squeeze every
last penny out of the consumer. Is this the standard practice all you
folks have experienced?
Thanks for listening
