Refer to IPC-SM-782A, or to IPC website for the SMD Land Calculator @
http://www.ipc.org .  You will need to register before using the land
calculator.  The IPC-SM-782A document gives a more detailed explanation of
the variables and calculation methods used to derive the land pattern
dimensions.
