Hi All,
Has anyone any experience with wavesoldering 0603 comps, that you would
like to share?
The IPC-SM-782 provides pad dimensions for parts 'larger than 0603' which
suggests it is not a good
idea to wave solder 0603 parts.
After quick search on the web, I found a document from KEMET
(http://www.kemet.com/kemet/web/homepage/kechome.nsf/vapubfiles/f2100e/$file
/f2100e.pdf)
which I found very interesting. It provides footprint details for 0603
parts, but stresses the
importance of accuracy.
I am mad to try it?
Best Regards,
Mark.
