I agree with you completely. I was going to say something, but didn't since
I have only a little cultural experience outside the US, and didn't know
what is legal and/or considered acceptable in Spain. It would never "fly" in
this country to blatantly discriminate on the basis of age like that.
Although I'm 34, I'd hate to be excluded from a job for which I was
qualified simply because I was 24, or 44.
