Please, don't forget the discrimination on the otherside of the coin. I am early 30's and I guarnatee that I have not obtained positions because of it. I am a highly skilled person with a lot of the certificates that allow me to entertain higher level positions and I have always had to go through that "You are too young look" from many a HR person.
