Oscar,
Wire bonders should always be isolated from noticeable vibration. For manual
wire bonders you can use table top anti-vibration plates. Its been a lot of
years since I had to use them and can't remember sources. I've never used,
nor would I attempt to use, automatic wire bonders on a raised floor.
