Hello Fellow Technets all Around the World !

Can anyone share their experience on raised floor vibration? We have a 2 ft raised floor assembly and we are experiencing vibrations on our equipment particularly wirebonders. We have several options in mind, but I would like to get first hand info on
your experiences. How do you contain such vibrations?

Thanks and best regards
